About us
Working inside operations and procurement, our founders watched the same scene repeat itself.
A tender would arrive, often hundreds of lines long and mixed between Arabic and English, and a team would spend days, sometimes weeks, pricing it by hand, copying numbers from one spreadsheet into another and checking supplier quotes line by line.
As we spoke with other companies, we realized we were far from alone. Businesses across every industry that responds to tenders described the same struggle.
Estimating teams could not keep up with what arrived.
Opportunities passed over for no reason but time.
One error in a large tender could take a whole project's profit.
Worse, the numbers were rarely consistent. Two people could price the same item differently, and a single error in a large tender could erase the margin on an entire project.
The problem did not stop at the quotation. Once a project was won, purchasing ran on a different set of files, deliveries were confirmed on paper, and nobody could say with confidence whether the job had actually made money until long after it was finished.
The numbers that were quoted and the numbers that were spent were never the same numbers.
Where it started
The first version of Taqdeer read a tender, matched every line against the company's own priced catalog, and returned a complete quotation in the client's format.
How it grew
Each question became a module.
If the system knows what we quoted, why can't it track what we have in stock?
becameInventoryIf it knows our stock, why can't it raise the purchase order?
becamePurchasingIf it raises the order, why can't it follow the delivery all the way to each location and tell us what we really spent?
becameDelivery tracking, approvals and financial reportingSuper Intelligence moved from pricing into every stage, reading contracts, checking compliance, matching suppliers and forecasting demand. Piece by piece, a pricing tool became a platform that follows a project from the first tender to the final bottom line.
The road so far
Our founders were working in operations and procurement, watching teams lose days to pricing a single tender by hand.
The first version read a tender, matched every line to the company's own priced catalog and returned a complete quotation. Days became minutes.
If the system knew what we had quoted, it could know what we held, and raise the order for what we did not.
A project could be followed to each location and to the last invoice, so the money spent could finally be set against the money quoted.
Reading contracts, checking compliance, matching suppliers and forecasting demand, not pricing alone.
A pricing tool became a platform. It is not finished.
The meaning behind the name
Taqdeer means estimation, but it also carries the meaning of appreciation and sound judgment. That is what we set out to give every business we work with: estimates they can trust, and the clarity to make better decisions with them.
Our mission
To give every organization that prices and delivers work one reliable set of numbers, from the first tender to the final bottom line, so they can bid faster, spend smarter and protect their margin.
Our vision
A future where no company loses a project, a deadline or its profit to manual pricing and disconnected systems, and where estimating, purchasing and finance speak the same language.
What we believe
Every number in Taqdeer starts in your own catalog, because a fast answer is worthless if it is wrong.
We build around how teams actually work, not the other way around.
Every price, approval and delivery is traceable, so decisions can always be explained.
Taqdeer grew because we kept asking what else it should do, and we continue to build by asking the same questions our users face every day.
Who we serve
If a business prices work, buys materials and delivers projects, Taqdeer is designed for it. Each industry receives tools shaped around how it operates, while estimating and finance remain unified across the platform. Whether a business responds to a handful of tenders a year or several every week, Taqdeer gives its teams the time, accuracy and visibility to compete with confidence.
Where we are going
Across every module, not only pricing.
Tailored to every industry we serve.
Where pricing flows directly into the platform.
Our goal remains the same as the day we started: fewer hours lost to spreadsheets, and more clarity over every dollar a business spends.
One job and your price list. No migration, no setup.
